When Christian took his first job as a lifeguard at our Minehead resort, he thought he would only be staying for two months, but 9 years later he’s still here, still happy and a true Butlin’s person. Over his first two seasons he really found his feet, and soon became a Team Leader – progressing to Swimming Pool Assistant Manager when he was ready. He’s got a real talent for bringing out the best in people and helping them develop their careers, just like he did. He says that he really loves seeing families having a great time on holiday, and he gets a real buzz from meeting new people. In fact, he met his wife at Butlin’s and they are expecting their first Butlin’s baby!
